- Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- All Alfe pieces are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item is received and a replacement is unavailable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only in the following cases:
- Size exchanges
- Incorrect or defective item received
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange.
Eligibility
- An exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of item arrival.
- Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
- Exchanges are available only for the same design and color, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds, style changes, and color changes are not available.
Item Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Returned in its original condition with all original tags and labels attached.
- Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear or damage.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer without exchange.
Exchange Process
- The item must be returned to us within 1 day of exchange confirmation.
- The requested size or replacement will be reserved only after the returned item has been received and approved.
- Exchanges will be processed within 1–4 business days after the returned item has been received and passed inspection.
Shipping
Exchanged items will be shipped using the original packaging as received. A new packaging box is available upon request for an additional charge.
Important Notes
- Alfe is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
- An exchange will not be processed if the returned parcel does not reach Alfe.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or replacement is unavailable after the returned item has been approved, Alfe team will contact you regarding the available options.
