International Shipping Process
For international orders, shipping duration begins once the package has been processed by Rayspeed on H+2.
H+1 and H+2 are calculated based on Rayspeed’s working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Customs & Import Fees

- These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs policies and charges vary by destination country and are beyond Alfe’s control.
- Orders will be shipped once full payment has been received and confirmed.
