Eligibility

• Size exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of item arrival.
• Each order is eligible for one (1) size exchange only.
• Exchanges are available for the same design and color only, and are subject to stock availability.
• Refunds, style changes, and color changes are not available.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Returned in its original condition with all original tags and labels attached.
• Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear or damage.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer without exchange.

Exchange Process

• The requested size will only be reserved after the returned item has been received and approved
• Size exchanges will be processed within 1–4 business days after the returned item has been received and passed inspection.

Fees & Shipping

• A handling fee of Rp. 10,000 applies to every size exchange.
• All shipping costs, including the return shipment and the shipment of the exchanged item, are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanged items will be returned using the original packaging as received. A new packaging box is available upon request for an additional charge.

Important Notes

• The seller is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable once your return has been approved, our team will contact you with the available options.
